Families enjoyed a day full of fun at the Roper YMCA in Winter Garden from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 23, at 100 Windermere Road, Winter Garden, for its Healthy Family Day event.
This free community event was an opportunity for residents in the area to explore all the Y has to offer with hands-on activities, interactive demos and experiences for all ages.
Multiple vendors attended the event offering a variety of activities like coloring, golfing, basketball, Q&A’s, a pizza-making demonstration, giveaways, and more.
WWE wrestlers Arianna Grace, Channing “Stacks” Lorenzo and Kali Armstrong also made an appearance at the Y with their own booth.
The Y also offered waived set-up fees on new memberships with a $25 program voucher for personal training or fall youth sports.
