Sunset Park Elementary to celebrate Hispanic Heritage

The elementary school will host an event Tuesday, Sept. 30, at 12050 Overstreet Road, Windermere, to celebrate culture, traditions and heritage.

Sunset Park Elementary School is hosting Hispanic Heritage Night Tuesday, Sept. 30, on campus at 12050 Overstreet Road, Windermere.

According to its Facebook page, the school will celebrate Hispanic heritage, culture, traditions and more. 

The school is asking for volunteers to help with the event. 

Help can vary from performances like singing and dancing, to displays or activities about a specific country and tradition. 

The school also is asking for help with setting up the event, putting up decorations and the cleanup process afterward.
