DWS Group acquires Winter Garden Village

The asset management company recently bought the shopping center for $165 million.

DWS Group, an asset management company, recently announced the acquisition of the 629,326-square-foot Winter Garden Village Shopping Center. 

According to its announcement, this investment aligns with the company's retail strategy to invest in well-established properties with affluent trade areas. 

The announcement mentions the numerous competitive advantages the shopping center has, including a lack of direct competition, the strength of its trade area and strong access. 

Winter Garden Village is the fifth-largest retail center in the Orlando area.
