Santa Claus is coming to Hamlin

Hamlin is hosting Christmas at Hamlin-A Festival of Traditions from 5 to 9 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 6 at 14111 Shoreside Way, Winter Garden.

Get ready for a Christmas celebration at Hamlin Saturday, Dec. 6. 

The second annual festival will take place from 5 to 9 p.m. at Hamlin Town Center, 14111 Shoreside Way, Winter Garden. 

Activities will include photos with Santa, holiday crafts, cookie decorations, letters to Santa, as well as giveaways, holiday booths and special surprises. 

Live entertainment will go from 5:10 to 8:40 p.m., with performers from Horizon West Theater Co., Cranium Academy, Horizon High School choir and marching band and more. 

There also will be a lighting of a 25-foot Christmas tree at 6 p.m. 

During the event, toys also will be collected to gift 85 local children and more than 300 students through the Eight Waves nonprofit.  

Come out with family and friends to enjoy holiday festivities including food and drinks.
