Ocoee woman faces child abuse charges

Taylor Dorsey, 33, is accused of sending Stephon Anderson, a federal inmate serving a sentence on a child-porn charge, sexually-explicit videos of his 13-year-old victim. 

A Florida Department of Law Enforcement special agent received reports from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children revealing a user connected Dorsey’s email account was uploading and sharing files depicting child sexual abuse. 

Dorsey was interviewed at her home during a police search, where she allegedly confessed to communicating with Anderson. 

When asked why she made one of the videos, she stated it was for “medical reasons.” 

The arrest affidavit states Dorsey was sharing child sex abuse material with Anderson, who is not allowed to have phone access. 

Dorsey was arrested and charged with directing and promoting a sexual performance by a child. She was booked into the Orange County Jail on no bond. 

It is unclear if Anderson will face additional charges.
