New Panda Express to open in Horizon West

The restaurant chain will open 9:30 a.m. Monday, Dec. 22 at 13348 Hartzog Road, Winter Garden.

A new Panda Express is coming to Horizon West.

The largest American Chinese dining concept in the United States is expanding, and this newest location will be located at 13348 Hartzog Road.

A community celebration is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. Monday, Dec. 22 to welcome Panda Express to the area.

The first 88 guests in line will receive a free t-shirt.

A donation will also be presented to Central Florida Hope Center, and the Chamber of Commerce will be present for the official ribbon cutting.
