New exhibit at Winter Garden Heritage Museum

The museum is now offering "Trailblazers: A journey through West Orange County's Camping and Scouting."

The Winter Garden Heritage Museum announced its new exhibit, Trailblazers, opening Aug. 7.

According to the post, the grand opening is being sponsored by the Giant Recreation World and Stage Stop Camping, celebrating the spirit of outdoor adventures and particular stories that shaped Winter Garden's communities.

The event is taking place from 5-7 p.m. at Winter Garden, 21 E Plant St., Heller Hall at the Winter Garden Heritage Foundation.

The event will offer light bites, refreshments and a surprise guest speaker.
