The president of Foundation Academy is stepping down.
Dave Buckles has served as president for 11 years.
In a Facebook post, Buckles shared he will be launching Paradox Consultants Group, which helps CEOs retain and develop their teams.
"It's been incredible, and I will cherish the relationships that have been made over the years," Buckles said in the post. "Thank you for being part of this journey."
