Windermere boys golf team is states bound

The Wolverines finished ninth in regionals to make states for the ninth year in a row.

Windermere High boys golf team is heading to the state championship Tuesday, Nov. 11 and Wednesday, Nov. 12 at Mission Resort and Club. 

The Wolverines came in ninth in regionals with a score of 305. It’s the team’s ninth straight Sweet Sixteen State appearance. 

Eli Schmutzler and Davis Blackburn led the way for the Wolverines in regionals Tuesday, Nov. 4 by shooting +1 (73).
