The First Academy football team experienced momentary excitement then disappointment in four days.

Orange County Judge Margaret H. Schreiber dissolved TFA’s temporary ban on the postseason during the court hearing Monday, Nov. 10. This officially disqualifies TFA from participating in the playoffs.

It was only four days ago when Schreiber ordered the temporary lift that postponed the 1A Region 2 playoff bracket’s release. Indiana Rocks Christian filed a motion for the court to intervene and uphold TFA’s postseason ban that had been in place for two years. Indiana Rocks is now officially the No. 8 seed in the playoffs.
