Windermere to hold Light Up Christmas event

The event will take place from 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Friday, Nov. 21, at 520 Main St., Windermere.

Light Up Windermere is coming to town! 

Town Mayor Jim O'Brien will be in attendance to light up the Christmas lights and invites residents to join him at the event. 

The annual event will take place from 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Friday, Nov. 21, at 520 Main St., Windermere.

Attendees are encouraged to bring chairs, blankets and loved ones to celebrate the ceremonial lighting. 

There will be food trucks and live entertainment with a Deejay Truck and the Bubble Bus. 

The lights cost around $35,900.
