OCPS reaches tentative agreement with Orange Educational Support Professionals Association

The tentative agreement includes a 3.65% pay raise.

Orange County Public Schools reached a tentative agreement with the Orange Educational Support Professionals Association for the 2025-2026 school year. 

The tentative agreement includes a 3.65% pay raise as well as a starting rate bumped to $16 per hour for pay grades three through 18. 

The agreement also includes continued work on health insurance for 2026-2027; updates to rest breaks, route bids and uniforms; and bonuses for bus monitors and select classroom staff.
