Oakland Avenue Charter School announced its designation from the Florida Department of Education as a School of Excellence for the 2024-2025 school year.

This is the second year in a row that the school receives this designation.

Per the FDOE, a school may receive the School of Excellence designation if it earns a school grade in the 80th percentile or higher for at least two of the last three school years.

The town of Oakland thanked the staff of OACS for making this possible and congratulated the school for its achievement.
