The Homegrown Market in Horizon West at Hamlin will feature a variety of children-run businesses during its market from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 19.
“We’ve partnered once again with Children’s Entrepreneur Markets to give kids the opportunity to learn real-word skills: creativity, money management, customer service and marketing,” Homegrown Market posted on its Instagram.
This is a wonderful opportunity for children to share their ideas, while community members support the future generation of entrepreneurs.
The children’s market will happen on top of the parking garage, though attendees will also be able to enjoy a full market downstairs.
