Windermere to experience various road closures

The town of Windermere will undergo multiple road closures from Monday, Oct. 13 to Friday, Oct. 17. 

“The next few weeks will be extremely busy on West 2nd Street,” the town of Windermere posted on its Facebook. 

There will be road closures from Main Street to Pine Street for pavement removal and lime rock installation.

The town will also install lime rock for the curb of West Pine Street. 

On top of that, there will be storm drainage installations from 611 to 625 West 2nd Ave. 

Crews will also perform water main testing from Pine Street to the end of West 2nd Ave. 

The town asks for commuters to use 1st or 3rd Avenues for travel if possible. “Thank you for your continued patience!” The town added to its post.
