Documentary with TFA students nominated for 2025 Suncoast Emmy Award

A Token Films documentary sharing the testimonies of The First Academy students, administrators and community members is nominated for a 2025 Suncoast Emmy Award.

"Aftershocks" features students, administrators and community members who experienced the 2010 Haiti earthquake firsthand while in conducting mission work.

The documentary was directed by Stephen Whitaker and produced by Jeffrey Atkisson.

"This powerful story captures faith, resilience and hope in the wake of tragedy," TFA posted on Facebook.
