Ocoee to host Hispanic Heritage Month Celebration

Ocoee will host a celebration for Hispanic Heritage Month from 5 to 8 p.m., Thursday, Oct. 2, at Ocoee Lakeshore Center.

The city of Ocoee wants to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month with you! 

During the city's community market Thursday, Oct. 2, attendees will have the opportunity to decorate a pennant to honor someone, share a story or reflect on Hispanic Heritage until 6:30 p.m. The pennants will then be hung to create a display for the remainder of the event. 

Attendees will also be able to enjoy live music from the Ultimate Santana Tribute Band, food trucks serving Hispanic cuisine, giveaways, local vendors and more. 

The event will take place from 5 to 8 p.m, Thursday, Oct. 2, at 125 N Lakeshore Dr., Ocoee.
