Windermere continues on with road projects.

Here's what to expect this week, from Monday, April 13, to Friday, April 17.

West of Pine Street, residents can expect delays due to crews continuing to repair concrete and paver driveways and grading dirt behind the curb as needed, as well as installing gravel, sod or mulch.

Speed humps might be reinstalled this week or the next.

Limited work will be completed in Fernwood Park as crews grade a swale, and continue work along Butler and Forest streets, and 7th Avenue, working on swales and road shoulders.

Daytime closures might be in effect between 6th Avenue and 7th Avenue, as well as Forest Street and Butler Street.

Crews also will be installing installing storm drainage along 3rd Avenue and pouring concrete weir at its end.

Daytime closures might be in effect. Allow extra travel time.

Crews also will be performing miscellaneous activities at various locations, which might include road grading, right-of-way grading and pouring concrete at structures located at 8th Avenue and Magnolia Street, and 8th Avenue and East Boulevard.

There might be some temporary daytime lane closures as well.

The town thanks all for the continuous patience as projects come along.
