Southern Steer Butcher to celebrate 4 years of business

The butcher store will host a commemoration from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 28, at 11024 W. Colonial Drive, Ocoee.

The Southern Steer Butcher shop in Ocoee is celebrating its 4-year anniversary Saturday, Feb. 28, and is inviting community members to join the celebration.

From 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., attendees will get to experience "Sample Saturday," where the butcher shop will be offering samples of customers' favorite house-made specialties, as well as samples from Silk Road Wines, Suncreek Brewery and FMB Brewing.

"From marinated steak tips and wings to gourmet sausages and butcher-cut steaks, we wouldn't be here without your trust and support.
