Rosen JCC announces new director of development and foundation relations

The Rosen JCC announced Stacey Weiss was appointed as its new director of development and foundation relations Wednesday, Feb. 25. She will lead philanthropic strategy and donor engagement efforts to support the JCC’s goal to build community through culture, connection and shared purpose. 

Weiss brings with her more than a decade of experience in fundraising, community engagement and mission-driven leadership, the announcement read. Nine of those years were spent with Walt Disney World, where she grew a foundation in audience engagement and donor-centered thinking. Her most recent adventure was leading the development operations at the Orlando Museum of Art. 

“We are thrilled to welcome Stacey to the Rosen JCC,” said Ofira Bondorowsky, CEO of the Rosen JCC in the announcement. “Her experience, warmth and strategic approach to philanthropy will be instrumental as we continue to grow programs such as Arts at the J, expand our Senior and Teen initiatives, and strengthen our impact across Southwest Orlando.”
