Orlando Health Horizon West Hospital ER earns award

The Orlando Health Horizon West Hospital has received the 2025 Press Ganey Human Experience Guardian of Excellence Award.

Press Ganey is the global leader in healthcare experience solutions and services, and the award is part of its annual ranking of the top hospitals and health systems in the country based on performance in patient experience. 

Orlando Health Emergency — Reunion Village and Orlando Health Emergency Room — Osceola also were winners of the award.
