Winter Garden to host community meeting on Johns Lake Urban Village Planned Unit Development

The city of Winter Garden is hosting a community meeting to discuss the Johns Lake Urban Village Planned Unit Development Project.

The meeting will be at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 14, in the cafeteria of SunRidge Middle School, 14955 SunRidge Blvd., Winter Garden.

The project consists of 613 single-family attached and detached homes, a new school site and special district, located at 1400, 1401 and 1756 Williams Road.
