Windermere High football player Deuce Forrester committed to Mars Hill University.

The four-year starting offensive guard played an important hand in Windermere’s back-to-back 10-0 seasons. In his second to last game as a Wolverine Thursday, Oct. 30, the 6-foot-3 Forrester recorded two solo tackles.

After wrapping up his high school football career, Forrester was one of two Windermere players to participate in the Cure Bowl High School All-Star game Friday, Dec. 19.

“I want to thank Jesus Christ, my parents and all the coaches that have helped me in my journey to be where I am today,” Forrester wrote on social media.
