Ocoee Police Department shared a reminder to Ocoee residents of the Recreational Vehicles code requirements.

RVs are subject to code violations if they are parked in front driveways for more than 24 hours, parked on grass or front yards. Instead, RVs have to be stored in the backyard, behind a minimum of a 6-foot tall fence with a gate.

The vehicles are in the front yard for less than 24 hours if maintenance or cleaning is needed.

Ocoee PD Administrative Assistant Maiya Decruiz said RVs are a common violation they see in the city. She informed residents to call 407-905-3160 if they see a violation.
