To allow for this project, Eighth Avenue between East Boulevard and Bessie Street as well as Bessie Street between Seven and Eighth avenues will be closed.

Crews are moving down Second Avenue, working to grade lime rock to prepare for paving from 727 to 806 W. Second Ave.

Also on Second Avenue, crews will be installing lime rock base material for curbs as well as forming and pouring concrete curbs from 914 to 1141 W. Second Ave.
