The Florida Department of Law Enforcement arrested Jhonatan Marcello Tulio, 32, on two counts of possession of child sexual abuse material and one count of transmission of child sexual abuse material.

According to FDLE’s press release, an investigation on Tulio began in November 2025, after agents received a tip online from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children of an individual uploading and sharing child sexual abuse material through multiple platforms.

Through further investigations, FDLE identified Tulio as the user of those accounts.

On March 12, FDLE Cybercrime Task Force agents and FDLE Special Operations Team served Tulio a search warrant and acquired an electronic device.

He now is at the Orange County Jail on an immigration hold, as he’s a Brazilian native.
