The Lions were first up to bat and tallied three runs on the board, but the Panthers never allowed the team to touch the board again.
In the fifth inning, DP racked up five runs, which sealed the team's 13-3 win over Lake Nona.
Not only was the game a standout performance for the Panthers, but also it was dedicated as Strike Out Cancer Night. Each of the players held signs recognizing family or friends who they were standing for in the fight against cancer.
