Winter Garden Heritage Foundation seeks volunteers

The foundation is looking for volunteers to help with the Spring Fever in the Garden event April 11 and April 12.

The Winter Garden Heritage Foundation is looking for volunteers. 

The foundation is asking residents to volunteer for the Spring Fever in the Garden event hosted by the Bloom and Grow Garden Society from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, April 11, and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday, April 12. 

"This is a great opportunity to get involved with the Winter Garden Heritage Foundation, meet neighbors and help make on of our favorite community events a success," the foundation posted. "Volunteers work directly with the public, welcoming guests, answering questions and sharing a little of what makes Winter Garden so special."

According to the heritage foundation, no experience is necessary, just enthusiasm and a friendly face.
