The Rotary Club of Winter Garden celebrated its 100th anniversary at its beloved Evening at the Pops, with co-sponsorship from the City of Winter Garden Saturday, March 28. The annual event brought back the Plant Street Pops Orchestra with Matt Catingub, Steve Moretti and Suzy Park, for the second year in a row due to popular demand.
Guests parked their lawn chairs, blankets and picnics on the lawn of Winter Garden’s Newton Park, and enjoyed dancing through the centuries. They didn’t allow the grey skies and windy weather damped their spirit, and smiles shined brightly throughout the night.
