Local families cast their fishing lines into Lake Mendsen for a morning of quality time and fun at the Test the Waters Fishing Tournament on Saturday, Oct. 6 at Martin Luther King Jr. Park in Winter Park.
The free annual event was presented by the Parks and Recreation Department of the city of Winter Park and the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission.
