A big win over Oviedo and a 10-0 start to the regular season have conspired to help the Olympia baseball team retain the No. 1 spot in the nation in the latest MaxPreps Xcellent 25 National Baseball Rankings.

The Titans defeated the Lions, who were the No. 1 team in the state in Class 7A, 9-7, on March 13.

It is Olympia’s second week atop the nation in the poll.
