WINTER GARDEN Strings of lights helped transform the West Orange Country Club’s putting green into the perfect evening for Matthew’s Hope’s Giving on the Green Sip and Stroll Fundraiser. Held from 6 to 9 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 12, the sip-and-stroll fundraiser was the first for Matthew’s Hope and included a silent auction, putting contest, live music and samples of wine, beer, specialty cocktails and hor d’ouevres. Matthew’s Hope is a nonprofit organization in Winter Garden that helps transition people from homelessness into a life of independence and self-sustainability.
