The evening kicked off with a short concert from the Royal Steel Drum Band.
Everyone in attendance could participate in a tour of the world through food, which included dishes from Asia, Latin America, Europe and Africa.
The Dillard St. Elementary Chorus serenaded the crowd as everyone munched on the buffet of food.
During the performance by the school' s chorus, Andrea Villena, 9, took to the stage for a solo performance.
Merrick Figueroa, 10, enthusiastically belted out his solo during the chorus' performance.
Jingling with every move, Ciara Tewari, 11, brought the flavor of Bollywood to the school' s multicultural night.

Crowd participation was encouraged as Veryl Jones, center, took to the stage to teach everyone how to salsa.
The night ended in Scotland as a group of highland dancers jigged the night away.
WINTER GARDEN Dillard Street Elementary held a multicultural night on Nov. 17 complete with foods from four continents and performances from a variety of talented students. Performances included steel drummers, Bollywood-style dancers, salsa lessons, Scottish Highland dancers and the Dillard St. Elementary Chorus. Everyone who attended also had the opportunity to taste foods from Asia, Africa, Europe and Latin America.
