OCOEE The West Oaks Branch Library was buzzing with activity Monday, Aug. 21, as the community anxiously awaited the start of the solar eclipse. Guests could go inside the library for eclipse-themed snacks and crafts and to watch a NASA live stream of the phenomenon. Others gathered outside to share some pairs of special eclipse glasses so they could watch for themselves.
