WINDERMERE Residents gathering in downtown Windermere were decked out in red, white and blue Tuesday, July 4, for the town’s annual Fourth of July pancake breakfast. Mayor Gary Bruhn, sporting a patriotic tie, greeted residents as Town Council members held down the fort filling pancake orders of all flavors — plain, chocolate chip and sprinkle-filled among them — outside.
