You had lost two straight before the game against East River. How did you guys bounce back?

We learned from our mistakes and decided to come together as a team and just pull through, make plays and get hits.

What did you personally do right in that game?

I think I had a good approach to the play and I feel like I was seeing the ball well. I was just doing my best to help the team out.

What’s your favorite baseball team and player?

The Boston Red Sox and Dustin Pedroia. I want to be like him when I’m older.

Is there a specific part of a game that you’re looking to improve?

Probably on the field – getting a little quicker to the ball and making sure I’m charging it.

Yes, it keeps the momentum going. It keeps the energy level up.

What's your favorite place to eat?

My favorite place to eat is Chipotle. It's just my favorite place to go.

If you could have one super power, what would it be?

I would probably choose super speed, so I can go places quicker, I can run around the bases faster and I could just get more things done in a short amount of time.

What's the best vacation you've ever taken?

Probably when I went to Suriname, South America. I got to see my grandparents, who I don't see that often. I got to go into the jungle and see wildlife.

What's your favorite TV show?

I'd have to with Alaskan Bush People. I love it because it teaches me about the outdoors. It just shows me a different type of life.

What's your favorite subject in school?

I'd have to say math. I like the challenge and I just find it very fun to do.

What's your favorite kind of music?

I like rap and hip hop. Before games it just gets me into my groove and gets me focused and relaxed.
