WINTER GARDEN It’s a big year for Winter Garden’s Bloom and Grow Garden Society — the 20th anniversary, to be exact. Past and present members, officers, volunteers and more gathered Friday, Feb. 2, to celebrate the society’s milestone anniversary with an elegant evening of dinner, drinks and dancing. Fourteen of the society’s past presidents were in attendance, and guests enjoyed socializing and catching up with each other during the cocktail reception.
