Dozens gathered at Oakes Animal Hospital Saturday, July 28, for the new veterinary clinic’s grand-opening celebration. Located at 11101 Roberson Road in Winter Garden, the clinic is owned and operated by Dr. TJ Oakes and his wife, Lisa. Festivities included a barbecue lunch, appearances from Polka Dogz Pet Rescue’s adoptable dogs and tours of the animal hospital.
