Two injured in Winter Garden drive-by shooting

UPDATE: Winter Garden police have released the names and ages of the two gunshot victims: Sherman Ivy, 45, and Jonqualia McCrary, 19. Law enforcement officials have said they will not be confirming exactly where the victims were shot.

Winter Garden police report two people were shot during a drive-by shooting at Zanders Park in Winter Garden around 9 p.m. on Monday, June 4.

According to Winter Garden Police Lt. Scott Allen, both gunshot victims were transported to a nearby hospital, with one victim in critical condition.

There is an ongoing investigation and the Winter Garden Police Department has not yet released information regarding the suspect(s) or suspect vehicle.
