The Camaraderie Foundation celebrated military service in style at the fifth annual American Patriot Gala at the Hyatt Regency on Saturday, September 8. The nonprofit, which provides counseling and mental health support to over 300 veterans and their families, hoped to raise $114,000 through both a silent and live auction. The organization is in the middle of its "Saving Lives, Saving Families" initiative, which aims to take care of 1,000 military service members by the end of 2019.
