Just in time for the start of the new school year, the Winter Garden Library held a back-to-school craft event for students Saturday, Aug. 10. Craft stations were set up for participants to decorate their pencils, pencil cups and other classroom accessories.
Local service providers Healthy West Orange, Orlando Health, Florida Department of Health and the West Orange Neighborhood Center for Families set up information booths for parents.
