It was a day of play the otter way at Water Spring Elementary’s inaugural Back To School Carnival on Friday, Aug. 16. Students and parents flocked to the school for bounce houses, games and celebrating the new school. Attendees also enjoyed food trucks, snow cones, airbrush tattoos and even a hula hoop competition. The event was sponsored by the Water Spring PTO and Lifebridge Church of Horizon West.
