Local children played outside with their friends at a field day event on Friday, June 28 at the West Orange Recreation Center in Winter Garden. The Boys and Girls Club of Central Florida organized an event that included sack races, relay games, baseball and football-throwing contests under the Florida sun. There were 39 kids in attendance, laughing and playing with their friends.
