BREAKING NEWS: Body found at Lowe’s in Winter Garden Village

The body of a woman was discovered inside of a vehicle that was parked at the Lowe’s in Winter Garden Village at Fowler Groves, according to the Winter Garden Police Department.

Capt. Scott Allen said the body was found inside of a blue Honda CR-V, and reported to police around 1:50 p.m. He added that police are investigating the incident as an apparent suicide. The age of the decedent is unknown, and the cause of death is yet to be determined by the medical examiner. 

“We can’t determine that (cause of death) until we get a determination back from the (medical) examiner,” Allen said.

It is not known at this time how long the body was there as the incident is still under investigation, Allen said.
