It might have literally rained on their parade, but that didn’t stop staff and students at Castleview Elementary’s back-to-school car parade Friday, Aug. 21. For an hour, students and their families were invited to drive through the school parking lot and wave to teachers and staff from the safety of their cars. Teachers decorated their cars in fun themes that children could vote on for the best decorations, and students even got their own Castleview-branded water bottles.
