The Beatles, Mary Poppins and even Betsy Ross were among honored guests at the Rosen JCC’s annual Decades Party Saturday, Feb. 8. This year’s theme was British Invasion, and guests had fun transforming into related celebrities, historical figures and London lovers. The Hooligans played British rock from decades past as attendees danced, indulged in delicious foods and socialized.
