Hotel proposed near State Road 50 in Ocoee

A new hotel could be coming to the City of Ocoee.

City leaders will be taking action on the second reading of an annexation and rezoning ordinance related to two adjacent parcels generally located north of State Road 50, south and east of Marshall Farms Road and west of Maguire Road. 

The applicant is proposing to build a Comfort Inn/Mainstay Suites hotel on the properties and is requesting annexation into the city in order to receive potable water connection with the city. If annexed, it will receive a zoning of C-2, which allows for hotels.
