The crowd gathers for the Halloween Light Show on City Hall.
Downtown Winter Garden came alive on Halloween night with costumed crowds beating a path to Plant Street. Residents enjoyed live music, photo ops, and the Halloween Light Show on City Hall. Several businesses were open for trick-or-treating and lines were out the door at every restaurant as the community came together for a frightfully fun evening.
