The home at 6138 Greatwater Dive, Windermere, sold Aug. 8, for $1,975,000. Built in 1999, it has four bedrooms, three-and-one-half baths and 4,190 square feet of living area. Days on market: Three. The sellers were represented by Jay Martin, Corcoran Premier Realty.
