Nature Fest coming to Oakland

The Oakland Nature Preserve will host its Nature Fest Saturday, Sept. 20 from 9 a.m. to 2p.m. at 747 Machete Trail, Oakland.

The annual Nature Fest celebrating conservation, natural history and future is happening soon in Oakland. 

It will take place from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 20, at Oakland Nature Preserve at 747 Machete Trail, Oakland.

The event will offer a multitude of activities, such as meeting members of the environmental community, animal interactions, guided hikes, art tents and more. 

This year, ONP will also be offering boat tours at Lake Apopka.
